Class Descriptions - find the class that meets your needs
Restorative Yoga - This meditative class is meant to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul in a soft, support practice. You will be guided through meditation, gentle movement and exploration, and a combination of grounding and opening static postures. Prepare your practice space with two blankets or beach towels and a firm pillow.
Rise and Align - In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
Chair Yoga - An accessible alternative for those who may not be able to transfer from the floor easily due to weight, joint problems or simply personal preference. Class involves seated and standing postures, using the chair for support. Improve balance, strength, flexibility and range of motion as well as reduce stress.
Hatha Flow - This slow-paced class will teach you to follow your breath's intuition as you move through a series of warming stretches and dynamic exploration, sun salutations, standing and balancing postures and cooling relaxing shapes. Ideal for new practitioners, but all levels are welcome to explore, grow and evolve their practice.
Gentle Yoga - Unwind with gentle flowing movements and passive restorative poses to nourish the body and calm the mind. Let go of the day, release tension and prepare for restful sleep.
